As Executive Vice President of Capital Markets, Mr. Shelley oversees the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets, as well as the leasing and disposition of mineral rights and energy assets. In addition, Mr. Shelley is responsible for sourcing capital and managing relationships with existing financial partners.
Christopher C. Leu-Vice President, Capital Markets
As Vice President of Capital Markets, Mr. Leu is responsible for sourcing capital in the form of debt and equity for the projects and assets under management. Mr. Leu focuses primarily on sourcing funds from firms based in Asia, whether operating in the United States, Asia, or both.Bill Gibson-Director of Special Projects
As Project Manager for the EB-5 Program, Bill is involved with marketing the program globally. With a Ph.D. degree in Economics, he also deals with the economic analyses underlying the Center's operations and job creation.
Marketing Agent
Mr. Christopher C. Leu. Mr. Leu has been working with several overseas marketing and broker/dealer firms. He will handle the promotion of North Texas RC's projects and the locating of potential investors, soliciting and encouraging the continued demand for investments through the use of promotions and marketing. The marketing agent will promptly transmit to North Texas RC all offers to become an investor in the center, render such reports concerning current and prospective customers, trade conditions within the geographic territory and related matters, develop marketing and sales materials appropriate for use by North Texas RC; including modification of the RC's sales and marketing materials subject to approval of such materials by the RC, cooperate with the management of the RC in the sales and marketing of the products to customers in the targeted regions.
