Overview of Regional Center Projects:
The proposed projects within the North Texas RC targeted areas will be the development of mixed-use retail/multi-family residential, office, and hotel properties. When all projects have been completed, North Texas RC will have created over 800 multi-family residential homes, 100,000 square feet of office space, a 94-room hotel, and 50,000 square feet of retail space.
